Liubov Miro

I am a professional cold porcelain artist of Russian-Ukrainian origin.

I've been creating frowers and insects of cold porcelain for more than 9 years, and I've been giving classes (online and offline) since 2016.

In 2023 I moved to Vilnius and I hold offline classes in this beautiful city.

Here are some of my works of cold porcelain.
All flowers, insects and mammals in the photos are fully handmade of cold porcelain (air-dry clay).
Dandelions are one of my first and most beloved flowers made of cold porcelain. I had tried many different techniques while making them before I made my very first video tutorial on a yellow dandelion.
I've had about 20 offline classes only on such dandelions and they are still one of my students' favourites.
I adore gentle spring flowers of any kind, and I've created a lot of them. I always try to convey all the tiny details so that the flowers look super real.
The butterfly is also made of clay.
As for big flowers, my favourites are peonies and magnolia.
Then insects came to my art :)
I have always loved almost all creatures of our beautiful world, so I really wanted to start making 'living beings' of clay to go with my flowers.

I was the first artist to start creating beetles, snails, caterpillars, bees, spiders of cold porcelain, and I was the first ever artist to come up with the idea of using magnets inside clay insects so that you could attach them to metal surfaces, flowers of clay with wire inside or wear insects as brooches.

I have quite a number of video tutorials on different insects of clay with magnets inside.
In 2021 I started experimenting with other living beings other than insects, and I also became the first artist to create such things of cold porcelain.

I'm really interested in this direction in clay art, so I'm planning to try new animals as well :)
As I started creating living beings, I also began experimenting with wood, resin, moss, luminofors, lights and other materials to make magic platforms to keep my animals on.
I have a great number of interesting ideas, so I hope to continue developing in this magic world of clay art:)

If you feel interested in the way I work with clay, I invite you to watch some speed-up videos of my work below.
